Live today (v1): each $100 lane climbs by rolling the full winnings into the next step; a lost step costs only the original $100 seed. Wins are unrealized until a ladder completes or stops — that discipline built both $100→$10K crowns.

v2 preview · pending guarded activation: the profit-locking ladder banks cash at every rung from Step 2 — win Step 2 and the original $100 is already back in your pocket; the ladder freerolls from there. Later steps get safer, not richer (multiplier never rises after Step 3; 2 legs max; Step 7 is double-chance/DNB only). We lock profit as the ladder climbs:
